Salubai Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at House No 1351 in Pimpri Bk, which is in the Aurangabad district. We are just a small-scale operation run by farmers from this village. Life in Pimpri involves a lot of hard work in the fields, and we felt like we needed a way to organize ourselves better. That is why we registered this company. It isn't anything fancy or impressive. We use one of our houses as the main meeting point. When we gather at House No 1351, we aren't wearing suits or looking at spreadsheets on big screens. We are usually just talking about the cost of fertilizer or which market is buying maize this week. We named it after Salubai, and it represents the roots of our community here. We are tired of being the last ones to know what’s happening with prices. Being a producer company means we can finally talk to the buyers as a group instead of as single people. It takes a lot of effort to keep everyone on the same page, and sometimes we disagree on the best way forward. But at the end of the day, we are all from the same soil. We are just trying to keep our village going and make sure our families are taken care of. It is a very practical, local effort and we are doing our best with what we have.
