It’s more of a family environment than a typical office. We’ve been living in Aurangabad for a long time and have seen how the agriculture business has changed over the years. We wanted to have a proper company to handle our dealings, so we set this up. The 'Agro Vision' part of the name sounds a bit more professional than we actually feel most days. Really, we are just sitting around a table in Dakshin Vihar, looking at market rates and talking to farmers on our mobile phones. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks go to the right places. The office isn't anything special—just a comfortable room with some old cupboards and a desk. We don't have a receptionist to greet people; you just walk in and talk to whoever is there. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. We’ve built up a lot of trust with the people we work with over the years. It’s just about being reliable and doing what we say we’re going to do. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation, just a solid local business. Most of our work is done through conversations and handshakes, even if we have the official paperwork.
