Our place is on Guest House Road in Paithan, specifically at Survey Number 324. Reshimhub Agro Producer Company Limited is where we handle all our agricultural business. Paithan is an old place with a lot of history, but for us, it is mostly about the soil and the water from the river. We are not a large operation with hundreds of employees in suits. It is just a few of us who know the land around Aurangabad well. We chose this spot because it was easy for the local tractors and trucks to reach without getting stuck in the narrowest parts of town. The building itself has been around for a bit, and it serves its purpose for storing what we need and keeping the records straight. We spend a lot of time talking to the other growers in the area about the challenges of the season. Some years the pests are bad, and other years the market prices just don't make sense. We try to navigate all that together so nobody gets left behind. It’s not always easy, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we keep at it.
