Rajput Agrotech Producer Company Limited

Our setup is at Gut No. 06 in Jalgaon Feran, and we are known as Rajput Agrotech Producer Company Limited. It’s out where Raghuveer Shivlal Bainade lives. We are right in the middle of the farming area here. Agrotech sounds like a big fancy word, but for us, it just means we are trying to use better tools and ideas for our local crops. We are a small group of people from around the area who wanted to combine our efforts. Most days are spent looking at the fields or discussing what equipment we might need to share. It is a very local operation. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist; you just walk in and find whoever is around. The address is 431001, which covers quite a bit of ground around here. We deal with the usual problems like pests or not enough rain, just like everyone else in Jalgaon Feran. We don't write big reports or have meetings in boardrooms. We just stand around the site and talk about what's next for the season. It’s a grounded way of working, and we like it that way. Everyone here puts in the work, and we try to make things go a bit smoother for the farmers involved. It’s just about getting the job done and hoping for a good crop every year. It takes a lot of patience to work with nature but we have plenty of that here.
