Our office for Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Saxal Pimpri in the Beed district. We are at Plot Number 4, care of Shrimant Narvade. It’s a local setup, right in the heart of our farming community. Beed is our home, and we know exactly how hard it can be to make a living from the land here. We didn’t start this company to become some big corporate entity. We just wanted a way for the local farmers in Saxal Pimpri to pool their efforts and get things done more efficiently. The office at Plot 4 is pretty basic. It’s where we keep all our files and where members come to talk about their yields or any issues they’re having. We don’t use any of that fancy corporate language you hear on the news. We just talk like normal people about normal problems. Most days it’s about figuring out the next steps for the season and making sure the paperwork for the producer company is in order. It can be a bit tedious sometimes, but it’s necessary work. We’re just a group of neighbors working together to try and make things a bit more stable for everyone involved. We don’t have any big promises or shiny brochures. We just show up every day and do the work that’s in front of us. That’s what being a local producer company is all about for us.
