Raitasiri Farmers Producer Company Limited has its base near the Maruteshwara Temple in Bachinal. Our address is 10 Rrno.B1J 10, and we are under the Menedal post office area. Being near the temple is nice because it is a calm spot and everyone knows where it is. We are a collective of farmers who wanted to do something better for our village. Bachinal is a place where everyone knows everyone else. Our work is mostly about helping each other with the farming business. We spend our days checking on the crops and talking about the market. It’s not fancy work, and we don't have any high-tech equipment in our office. We just have a few desks and a lot of passion for what we grow. The temple bells are a common sound while we are working, which is quite peaceful. We handle things like distributing seeds and helping with the sales of the produce. It takes a lot of effort to keep everyone moving in the same direction, but we manage. We aren't big on marketing or making things look better than they are. We just show the real produce that comes from our fields. It’s hard work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we stay at it. Being part of this community in Bachinal is what matters most to us.
