You can find us at Sh-1 in the Shraddha Complex, which is right in the E5 sector of Cidco. It is a busy neighborhood and there is always something going on nearby. We are a farmer producer company, which basically means we are a group of local growers who decided to pool our resources together. Working alone in farming is getting harder every year, so this seemed like a smart way for us to go. We use the office at the complex to handle all the boring stuff like records and government forms. But most of the real work happens out in the fields or when we are loading up the trucks for market. We do not have any fancy corporate types telling us what to do. We just make decisions based on what we see happening with our own crops and the local market prices. Sometimes we argue about which crops to focus on, but in the end, we usually figure it out. It is nice having a place in Cidco because it is easy for everyone to reach. We share tips on irrigation and how to deal with bugs without spending too much money. It is a very hands-on kind of life for us. We are just regular people who know what it is like to work in the sun all day long. Having this company gives us a little more confidence when we have to go and negotiate. It is about looking out for each other.
