Focus on Shirodi Bu. It’s a quiet spot near Khultabad. We spend most of our time at House 103 talking to the guys who grow the grain and vegetables around here. It gets really hot in Aurangabad, you know? Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside. We aren't doing anything fancy. We just wanted a way for the local farmers to get their stuff to the market without getting cheated too much. It started with a few of us in the village. My uncle helps with the logs and I handle the visitors. The office isn't much, just some chairs and a desk where we keep the papers. It’s hard work. Dealing with seeds and the weather always feels like a gamble. But we live here, so we have to make it work. Most days it’s just phone calls and checking on the piles of produce. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us and the dirt. People walk in, we drink some tea, and we talk about the price of onions or whatever is in season. It’s just how things go in this part of Maharashtra. We’re just trying to keep the lights on and the families fed. It's not a big corporate thing, just a bunch of neighbors in Shirodi trying to help each other out.
