Phulambri Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Rh No.17 in the Bhuvivishwaban P-2 area of Hirapur, Aurangabad. We are a group of local growers who realized that we could do more if we organized ourselves a bit. Aurangabad can be a tough place to farm because of the heat, so we have to be smart about how we manage our resources. Our office is just a regular house in the neighborhood where we gather to plan our next steps. We aren't interested in sounding like a big company because we aren't one. We’re just neighbors who have been farming these lands for generations. We talk about things like water management and where to get the best fertilizers without spending too much. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. Sometimes we get things right, and sometimes we don't, but we always learn something for the next season. We don't have any corporate slogans.
