Out here in Jadgaon, Aurangabad, you’ll find us at G.No.109. Our name is Nirmik Farmer Producer Company Limited, and we operate out of the space belonging to Jijaram Bhaurao Bhosle. It’s a rural setting, which makes sense since we are all about farming and production. The road can be a bit dusty depending on the time of year, but that’s life in this part of Aurangabad. We spend a lot of our time talking to the local growers and trying to make sure everyone is on the same page. It’s not always easy to get everyone together, but we manage. The building is a simple one, mostly just for storage and basic paperwork. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with polished floors. We’re just local people trying to handle our own business. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us standing outside discussing the rain or the prices. We started this company because we wanted a way to work for ourselves and keep things local. Jadga is a small place, so news travels fast, and we try to keep our reputation solid by just being honest about what we can do.
