Nikamcrop Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Gawali in the Kannad area. We operate out of Sonyabapu Kaduba Borade's house, at Number 155. It is a simple setup in 431001. We mostly deal with the crops that are common around here. Farmers in Kannad have been doing things the same way for a long time, so we are trying to change that just a little bit. We talk about better ways to plant and how to get the crops to the market faster without them spoiling. It is just a few of us who decided that working together was better than working alone. We don't have any corporate training or degrees. Most of what we know comes from being out in the sun all day for years. The office is just a room with some chairs and a lot of folders stacked up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just visiting people's farms to see how they are doing. It is a bit of a struggle to keep everything running smoothly. There is always some problem with the equipment or the weather is too dry for the seeds to sprout. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to make sure the farmers in Gawali don't get a bad deal from the buyers. It is a lot of small tasks that add up. We are just regular people from the neighborhood trying to help each other out.
