Navkara Farmer Producer Company Limited

We set up Navkara Farmer Producer Company Limited over at Plot 54 in Sek-F, Shivaji Nagar. That’s in the Garkheda part of Aurangabad, at Navin Vijaykumar Patni's place. It’s more of a residential-feeling area but we run the company stuff from there. It’s a bit different being in a city setting like Aurangabad compared to being right on a farm, but we stay connected to the rural side of things every day. We act as a bridge for the farmers coming in from the outskirts. It gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork and people visiting sometimes. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a room with some desks and a lot of talk about crops and prices. We’ve been working out of Garkheda for a bit and people in Shivaji Nagar have gotten used to us being here. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The work can be a bit repetitive, checking lists and making calls, but it’s necessary for the farmers we work with. We aren’t experts in everything, but we know the local agricultural scene well enough to keep things moving. It’s an honest living and we take it seriously, even if the office feels a bit cramped on busy days. Just regular people trying to run a decent business for the community around us. Sometimes we run late into the evening, but that is just part of the job.
