Most of our time is spent looking at the fields or dealing with the equipment we use. Being in Pachod means we are right in the middle of everything. We work with a lot of different producers to make sure the harvests are handled right. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. Some things work and some don't, and we just learn as we go. We don’t have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the land and the people. The 431105 area has been our home for a long time. We just wanted to organize ourselves a bit better, so we started this company. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. It’s a working space where we drink tea and talk about the next harvest. We just try to keep things moving and stay busy. That’s about all there is to it. We show up, we work, and we go home.
