Nath Mauli Farmer Producer Companylimited is based out of Plot No.330 in New Kawsan, which is part of Paithan. We have been working around the Aurangabad district for a bit now. Our group is made up of local farmers who wanted to do something together instead of everyone just struggling on their own. The office is right there in Paithan, and it's a place where we keep our records and meet up to discuss the crops. It's not always easy keeping everyone on the same page, but we try our best. We deal with the usual stuff like getting supplies and figuring out where to sell the harvest so we don't lose money. The weather is always a worry, and we spend a lot of time just watching the clouds and hoping for the best. We aren't experts in big business, we just know how to grow things and how to talk to our neighbors. Sometimes we have to travel into the city for paperwork, which is a bit of a headache, but mostly we are right here in New Kawsan. It’s a honest way to live, even if the money isn't always great. We just keep going, day after day, trying to improve things for the families involved in our group. No big speeches or promises, just steady work on the ground. We hope the next season is better than the last one, but you never really know until the harvest is in.
