We are the Narangi Onions Farmers Producer Company Limited. You can find us at Survey Number 39 in Chandgaon, which is part of the Vaijapur taluka in Aurangabad. We operate out of the place belonging to Shri Bhaskar Karbhari Rahane. Onions are the main thing for us, as you can probably tell from the name. This part of the country is big for onions, so we are right in the thick of it. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the prices are jumping around all over the place. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just sitting in the shade or in the small room at the site talking about the latest crop. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We are just a group of farmers who decided to work together to make things a bit easier for everyone in Chandgaon. Sometimes the rains come at the wrong time and we have to scramble to save the stock. It is a stressful job but someone has to do it. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to get through the season and make sure the onions are handled right. If you come by, you’ll see us working. We are just regular people who know a lot about onions and not much about fancy business talk. We just keep our heads down and try to get the best out of each harvest.
