Nadarpur Agro Producer Company Limited is located at Choukach-a Wada in Nadarpur village. This is in the Kannad taluka. We are set up at Ganesh Ramrao Nikam’s place. It is a traditional kind of spot, and we like it that way because it keeps us connected to the history of the area. We are a group of farmers who decided to pull our resources together. It is hard to get things done as a single farmer these days, so having the company helps us when we need to buy seeds or sell what we have harvested. We don't have any big offices in the city. Everything happens right here in the village. We handle a lot of different crops depending on the season. It is a lot of work keeping track of everyone's contribution, but we manage. We aren't using any complicated systems, just some notebooks and a simple computer for the official stuff. The people here are all neighbors, so we know who we are working with. We don't use fancy words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a producer company for the people of Nadarpur. If you come visit the wada, you will see us working on the next plan for the harvest. It is a practical life, and we are just trying to make it work for all the families involved. We do what we can with what we have.
