It’s not a complicated business. We grow things, we save the best seeds, and we try to sell them to other folks who need them. Lawan is a quiet place most of the time, and we like it that way. Amit has a bit of space where we keep our supplies and do the sorting. You won't see any high-tech machinery here, mostly just us doing things by hand. Sorting seeds takes a lot of patience and a good eye, so we spend hours just sitting there and picking through things.
