Medgrin Agrotech And Farming is an OPC, so it is a small operation run by one main person with a bit of help. We are located at Sr No-32/2/6 in Pethe Nagar, which is in the Bhavsingpura area of Aurangabad. It is a residential kind of neighborhood, not a big industrial zone. This makes it easy to stay grounded and keep costs down. We do a mix of agrotech stuff and actual farming work. Aurangabad has its own challenges with water and heat, so we stay busy trying to figure things out. The office is really just a room where we keep the records and take calls. It’s simple and it works for us. We don’t have any slick marketing people or a big sales team. It is just about getting the work done every day. Sometimes we are out at the site, and other times we are sitting at the desk in Pethe Nagar handling the banking and the permits. It’s a one-person company officially, but there’s always people coming and going. The neighbors know us as the agro folks. We’ve been at this for a while now. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we keep at it. We just focus on the farming and the tech side without any fuss. It’s a local business through and through, right here in the 431001 area. We don't need much more than our workspace and some decent soil to work with.
