Maulirenuka Mata Shetkari Producer

We are located at Sominath Kolte’s house, number two, right in Bhawadi. It’s part of Wadodbazar in the Aurangabad area. We called ourselves Maulirenuka Mata Shetkari Producer because we wanted something that felt local and respected our roots. Farming around here can be a real challenge with the heat and the way the seasons change. We aren't experts in business, but we know our way around a plow and a tractor. Most of our days are spent checking on the plants and making sure everything is growing right. When we need to talk business, we sit down in Bhawadi and hash it out. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we disagree on the best way to do things, but we always figure it out. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We are just a bunch of farmers who think that staying together is better than being apart. The roads around here can be dusty, and the work is never finished, but that is just how life is in the village. We handle our own paperwork and try to keep things as simple as we can. It’s about the land and the people who work it every day. We don’t need anything more than that to keep going. It is just honest work in a place we have lived all our lives. We just hope that the next generation sees the value in what we are doing here and keeps it going.
