Marade Nursery And Farms Private Limited is based in Aurangabad. Our office is located in the Garkheda area, which is a fairly busy part of the city. We are in a building called N-Build Hills. You can find us on the second floor, in Flat Number 2. Aurangabad-431001 is where we operate from. The Garkheda area has a lot of residential and commercial buildings mixed together. Being on the second floor of N-Build Hills gives us a little bit of height above the street level, which is nice. It’s not a very large office, just a flat that we have converted for our business use. We keep our files and do our planning here. The building itself is a standard one for this part of Maharashtra. We have neighbors who live in the building and others who run small offices like ours. It’s a local feel. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—scooters passing by and people talking. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or anything like that. It’s a simple workspace for the people who work here. We’ve been in Aurangabad for a while and Garkheda is a good central spot for us to be. We just handle the farm and nursery business from this room. It’s a quiet place to get things done without too much distraction from the outside world. It works well for us and the small team we have here.
