You can find us over at Balanagar, specifically at house number 968 on gate number 444. This is in the Paithan area of Aurangabad. We are the Manshraddha Agro Producer Company Limited, but to most people around here, we are just the neighbors. It’s a local operation through and through. Maharashtra’s weather keeps us on our toes, and being in the 431105 area means we see a lot of the farming activity that happens in this part of the state. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a lot of employees in uniforms. It’s mostly just us doing the chores and managing the agricultural side of things. Sometimes the roads are dusty and the work is hard, but that’s just how it goes. We deal with the produce and the logistics of getting things from the field to where they need to go. It isn't always smooth, and we definitely make mistakes, but we stay at it. We grew up around these fields, so we understand what the local farmers are dealing with every day. The setup here is basic and functional. We didn't want anything more than a place to organize our work. Most of our meetings happen while standing around or sitting on a bench outside. It’s an honest way to spend a day. We keep our focus on the crops and the season. It’s not a corporate life, it’s just the life we have here in Balanagar.
