Laajawab Agro Private Limited

Laajawab Agro Private Limited is situated out in the village of Karsara, which is part of the Rafiganj area in the Aurangabad district. It’s a bit different than being in a big city because things move a lot slower out here. We are essentially working out of Pradeep Kumar Singh’s place. It’s a rural setting, so we are right where the actual farming happens, which makes sense for an agro company. You won't find any tall glass buildings here, just the open fields and the local houses. We spend most of our time talking to the farmers and checking on the crops. The roads can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, but that is just part of living in the village. We have a small office setup where we keep our records and try to stay on top of the paperwork, though it’s hard when there is so much to do outside. It’s a family-run sort of feel, even if we are a private limited company. People in Karsara know who we are, and we know them. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it feels right to be doing this kind of business in a place like this. We don’t have a big staff, just a few local folks helping out with the daily chores and the business side of things. It's an honest living.
