Krushivigyan Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated at P. No 12, Gut No 14 in the Sundar Nagarpadegaon area. It’s not a fancy neighborhood, just a place where people get things done. We started this company because we wanted to bring a bit more common sense to how we manage our crops. The name sounds a bit formal, but we’re anything but that. Most of us are more comfortable in the field than behind a desk. We use our space in Padegaon to store seeds and meet up to discuss what’s working and what isn’t. It’s a collaborative effort where everyone has a say, even if it gets a bit loud and messy sometimes. We don't have a lot of money for big decorations or professional staff. It’s mostly just us doing the chores and keeping the records straight. The soil around here can be tricky, so we spend a lot of time sharing advice on how to get the best out of it. People from around Sundar Nagar drop by to see what’s happening or to pick up supplies we’ve ordered together. It’s a community thing more than a business thing. We’re just trying to keep our heads above water and make sure the farming life remains sustainable for our families. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else.
