Most of the people here are farmers who have been working these lands for a long time. We decided to put this company together because it’s getting harder to handle the agricultural market on your own. It’s a small, practical setup. We aren’t a big corporation with shiny desks and air conditioning. It’s mostly just us meeting up in the village to talk about fertilizers or where to sell the next batch of grain.
