Krushinirman Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at G/105 in the Chaitanya Hacharis Poultry area of the M.I.D.C. This isn't your typical farm setting since we are in the industrial area, but our hearts are still in the agriculture and poultry side of things. Being in the M.I.D.C. gives us a bit of a different perspective compared to some of the more remote farmer groups. We have a lot of movement around us with the other businesses. But at the end of the day, we are still focused on what the farmers need. The name Krushinirman is about building something for our community. We spend a lot of time at the G/105 unit just sorting things out. It’s not a polished environment. It smells like work and there is always something being moved or loaded. We don't have a big team of executives. Most of the people here have dirt under their fingernails and know exactly how a hatchery works. We just try to keep things moving and help the producers who are part of our group. It’s a busy spot and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the activity in the M.I.D.C. zone. But we like the energy. We are just trying to do a solid job and make sure the farmers we work with are taken care of. It’s practical, everyday work that doesn't need a lot of explaining or fancy words to describe it.
