Krushi Parva Farmers Producer Companylimited

Krushi Parva Farmers Producer Companylimited is based out of Khandala in the Vaijapur area. We use the place belonging to Shri Namdeo Pandurang Gadekar, which is known locally as G N0597. Being in Aurangabad district, we deal with a lot of heat and the soil here needs a lot of looking after to stay productive. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to register as a company so we could help each other out with buying supplies and selling what we grow. The village of Khandala is where most of us grew up, so we know every corner of these fields. The office isn't much to look at, just a room where we keep our records and meet to discuss the next harvest. We talk a lot about the water situation because that is always the biggest problem in this part of the state. Sometimes our meetings go on for hours because everyone has a different opinion on when to plant. We don't have a big staff or anything like that. It is just us doing the work ourselves after we finish our daily chores on our own farms. We started this because we saw that working alone was getting harder every year. Now we sit at the Gadekar house and try to plan things out together. It is a slow process and we make mistakes, but we are learning as we go.
