Khandagale Om Sai Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Paithan Road in the 431001 area. We operate out of Ib-23Disha Sanskruti, which is the place belonging to Khandagale Balu Devnath. It’s a busy spot because of the road, but we manage to keep our operations steady. We handle a lot of agro work, mostly focusing on the needs of the farmers around this part of the district. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a lot of time for fluff or big presentations. Most of the day is spent on the phone or out in the back dealing with the logistics of the crops. Balu Devnath keeps things running at the site. It is a bit of a mix of a home and an office, which is how we like it because it feels real. We started this to help manage the production side of things around here. There is always something that needs fixing or a truck that needs loading. We see a lot of people coming through Disha Sanskruti for various reasons related to the farm. We don’t promise anything we can’t do, we just stick to the schedule and try to stay on top of the numbers. It’s hard work, and the heat on Paithan Road can be something else, but we get through it. We are just local people trying to make a living and keep the agro business running.
