Kanhoba Agro Producer Company Limited is based out here in Jatwa, near Sillod. Our address is at Vitthal Sonaji Pawar’s place, right in the village. We are just local people who grew up around Aurangabad and decided that working together was better than working alone. Farming in this part of the country has its ups and downs with the rains, so we thought a producer company would help us stay steady. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It is mostly just the neighbors and relatives meeting up after a day in the fields to discuss prices and where to send the produce. It gets dusty and hot here, but we are used to it. We handle a lot of the local crops that grow well in the Sillod soil. Our main goal is just to help the farmers around Jatwa get a fair price for the hard work they put in. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we struggle with the logistics of moving goods, but we figure it out as we go. You won't find us in some high-rise building. We are right here on the ground, dealing with the same problems every other farmer faces. We keep things simple and honest because that’s how we were raised. It’s a group effort, and we all have a say in how things are run around here. Everyone puts in what they can to make it work.
