Jayakwadi Farmers Producer Company Limited

We started Jayakwadi Farmers Producer Company Limited to help out with our local farming needs. We operate out of Flat No 9-10Om Apartment in Vidya Nagar, Garkheda. You can find us there, at C/O Kishor Tatyasaheb Veer. It's a bit different running a company from an apartment, but it serves as our main hub for all the administrative stuff. Most of our members are farmers from the surrounding areas who needed a better way to organize. We handle the sales and the buying of seeds and stuff from this office. It’s a busy place during certain parts of the year. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff, just a few of us handling the daily chores of the business. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some planning done. Garkheda is a good spot for us to be located. We try to keep things simple and honest. No one here is looking to get rich quick, we just want to make sure the farming stays viable for the next generation. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, but we manage. People know Kishor and they know they can find us at the apartment if they have questions or need to talk about the harvest. We just keep moving forward even when things get a little disorganized or hectic in the office.
