We are Jay Gorakshanath Farmers Producer Company Limited, and we are based out of Palasgao in the Khultabad area. Our main spot is located at G No 130. Being a farmer producer company means we are basically a group of local growers who decided to join forces. It is better than trying to do everything alone. Most of us have been farming this land for our whole lives. We handle things like seeds, tools, and selling our crops together. It is a simple building where we meet up to talk about the weather, the prices at the market, and how the crops are looking. There are no fancy suits here. We usually just wear our work clothes because there is always something to do in the fields. Khultabad is a historic place, but for us, it is just where we live and work. We started this company to give ourselves a bit more say in how our produce gets sold. It has been a learning process, figuring out the paperwork and the legal stuff. Sometimes we disagree on things, but we always figure it out because we are all neighbors. It is not a big corporate office; it is more of a community hub for the farmers in Palasgao. We just keep moving forward, one season at a time, trying to make sure everyone gets a fair deal for their hard work.
