We are Jadgaon Farmer Producer Company Limited, and you can find us at Plot No-95 in the H Sector of Cidco, Aurangabad. It’s a bit of a different setup being in the city area like Cidco, but we stay connected to the rural parts where the actual farming happens. Most of us moved between the village and the city for work. We set this up to bridge that gap. Farming is the backbone of everything, but the business side needs a proper office. We spend our days talking to suppliers and trying to find better ways to move our produce. Aurangabad is a busy place, and it gets loud outside the office, but inside we’re focused on the harvest. We aren't experts in everything, we just learn as we go. Sometimes we make mistakes with the timing, but we fix it. It's about helping the small farmers who don't have the time to deal with all the city stuff. We handle the registrations and the sales so they can stay in the fields. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger entries. We don’t have a fancy website or a big logo. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of commitment to the people we represent. We’ve been at this for a while now and the community knows where to find us. It’s just how we do things here. We keep it simple and honest.
