Hajare Agroprocess Farmers Producer Company Limited is located out in Wadji. We are situated at Shri Gangadhar Rambhau Hajore’s place. It’s right in the Paithan taluka. We focus on the processing side of things for the farmers around here. It’s a very rural area, so we don't have a big corporate building or anything like that. We work right from the village. It’s more personal that way. Most of the people involved are neighbors or have known each other for years. We handle the crops after they come out of the ground. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of loads. Being in Wadji, we are right in the middle of the action. We don't bother with fancy marketing or big promises. We just try to get the processing done so the farmers can get their goods to market. It’s a bit dusty and the hours are long, but it’s what we do. Shri Gangadhar’s place is easy enough to find if you’re from around here. We usually just sit outside and talk about the plans for the week. It’s an honest way to make a living. We appreciate the simple way of doing things. The company is just a way for us to be more organized as a group. Nothing more to it than that. Just hard work and local roots. We try to be helpful and stay out of trouble.
