Growmilk Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in the village of Mahalgaon in Vaijapur. You can find our office at Number 181. We are a group that focuses a lot on dairy and other farming activities. Most of us have cows or buffaloes and we spend our mornings and evenings milking them. It’s a way of life that doesn't leave much time for anything else. We started this company because we wanted to organize how we sell our milk and manage our farms. When you are a small farmer, it’s hard to get the big dairies to listen to you. But as a company, we have a bit more weight. Our office in Mahalgaon is a simple place. We meet there to discuss things like the price of feed or how to improve the health of our animals. We don't use any fancy marketing language. We just talk about what we know. It’s a lot of hard work, waking up before the sun to start the chores. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just real people with dirt under our fingernails and a lot of care for our animals. Being together as a producer company helps us share the burden. If someone has a problem, there’s always someone else in the group who can help. We are just trying to make an honest living in the village and keep the animals healthy. That is what matters to us.
