Greenfield School

So, we've been running Greenfield School here in Udaynagar for a while now. It's right on Plot No.18 in Samarth Nagar. It's a busy part of Aurangabad, and we've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We mostly focus on keeping things simple and making sure the kids have a place where they actually feel okay being themselves. It isn't a massive, fancy campus with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular building where teachers show up every morning and do their jobs. We spend a lot of time just talking to parents at the gate. Usually, they're worried about grades or just how their kid is fitting in. We try to listen. Some days are loud, especially when the bell rings and everyone is trying to leave Samarthnagar at the same time. Traffic can be a bit of a headache around here, but we manage. We’ve got local staff who live nearby, which helps because they know the families. We don't have a huge office staff or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the classrooms are clean and the books are ready. Sometimes the paint looks a bit old, but we try to fix things when we can. It’s a school, after all. Just a place for learning. We like being part of the community here in Maharashtra. It feels like home to us, and we hope it feels that way for the students too. Nothing fancy, just us.
