The Mgm School

Located out at the Mgm Golf Club Campus, The Mgm School has a bit of a different view than most places in town. We are on Nasik Road in Padegaon, which is a decent spot in Aurangabad-Maharashtra. The 431002 area is where we come every morning to get things going. It is a fairly large campus, so there is a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections. We have the usual school stuff—classrooms, some sports equipment, and a lot of notice boards that are always full of old papers. The staff here are mostly local people who have been around for a while. We don't try to sound like a big fancy institution; we just do the work of teaching. Sometimes the grass needs cutting or a lightbulb goes out in the hall, and we just handle it when we can. It’s a busy life, especially during the exam seasons when everyone is a bit more stressed than usual. We don’t have a lot of time for marketing speak. We just keep the school running, make sure the buses are on their routes, and ensure the classrooms are ready for the next day. It’s a plain, honest way to work. We have a tea stall not too far away where some of us go during the break to get away from the noise for a few minutes. It is just a normal school life.
