Anil Jindal World School

We are out on Nidhona Road in Jalna. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town center, which makes it a bit more peaceful. Anil Jindal World School is a place that feels a bit more open because of the space we have around us. The building is large and stands out against the local landscape. We have a lot of windows that let in the light, but they also let in the dust from the road. We spend a lot of time making sure the place is clean. The kids come from all over Jalna on the buses. Morning assembly is usually when the whole place feels the most together. After that, everyone goes to their rooms and it’s just the sound of teachers talking. We have a playground that's mostly dirt, but the students don't seem to mind. Our office is a bit cluttered with files and old registers. We don't have any big corporate ideas about how to run things. We just follow the curriculum and make sure the bells ring at the right time. Sometimes we have to deal with leaky taps or a door that won't shut right. It’s just the usual maintenance that comes with a big building. It’s a straightforward place to be. We just do our jobs and go home like everyone else. The seasons change, the kids grow up, and we just keep the doors open.
