Sunday Science School

Sunday Science School is a bit different from your usual school. We’re located in Pitaji Residency, specifically Flat No 6, in the Shahu Nagar area of Beed. The address is 431122. Because we are in a residential building, it feels much more like a home than a big institution. We don't have a giant playground or a massive hall. Instead, we have a flat where we set up our experiments and projects. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a full group, but it makes things more personal. Beed is a place where people appreciate practical things, and that’s what we do here. We spend our time looking at how things work and putting kits together. It’s not about memorizing big books; it’s about doing stuff with your hands. Since we are in Shahu Nagar, we get a lot of kids from the nearby apartment blocks. The parents like that we are right here in the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy reception desk or uniformed guards. You just come up to the flat and get to work. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, though we do take the science part seriously. Sometimes we run out of space for all the projects, so things get stacked in the corners. It’s a real, working space where things get messy and people ask a lot of questions. That’s just how we like to run things here in Pitaji Residency.
