Gaimata Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of a place called Nadita in the Vaijapur area. Our address is G No 202, and we are in the Aurangabad district, near the Nadi. It is a quiet area and most of the people who live here are involved in farming in one way or another. We don't have a big, fancy office with air conditioning. Our office is just a plain building at G No 202 where we can sit down and talk. Vaijapur can be very hot, so we usually try to do our farm work early and then meet up later. We don't have any marketing teams or people in suits. We are just local folks who know the land. We talk about simple things like the state of the seeds or how the monsoon is looking. Aurangabad is a big district, but our world is mostly right here in Nadita. We have been working these fields for a long time, and the company is just a way for us to stay organized. We don't make big speeches or have a mission statement. We just want to do our jobs and look after our families. If you come by G No 202, you might see us sitting outside talking. It’s a very basic setup, but it is all we need. We are just farmers who know the value of hard work and staying close to home. There is always a lot to do but we take it one day at a time.
