Elaaf Fruits And Vegetables Privatelimited operates out of Shahanagar in Aurangabad. You can find us at Plot Number 88 in Gut Number 36, which is right near the Bismillah Masjid. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on nearby. We spend our time working with various fruits and vegetables that come in from the surrounding farm areas. Our day usually starts very early, sometimes before the sun is even up, because that’s when the fresh produce arrives. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking the quality of the tomatoes or mangoes or whatever is in season at the time. The office part of things is just a small space where we keep our records and talk to the drivers. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. Our focus is entirely on the produce and making sure it doesn't sit around for too long. We are a small team and everyone has to do a bit of everything. One minute you might be checking an invoice and the next you’re helping unload a truck. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but we like it that way. We know the farmers who bring their stuff to us, and they know we’ll give them a fair shout. We just try to do our jobs well and keep the business running smoothly in our little corner of the city.
