Bhusare Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in the village of Ghat Shendra, which is in the Kannad taluka of Aurangabad. We operate out of Bhika Pandu’s place. It’s a small operation, mostly just us local farmers trying to get organized. We spend our days out in the sun, so we don't have much time for fancy talk. We grew up here and we know the soil like the back of our hands. Joining together as a producer company seemed like a good way to handle the rising costs of everything. We share what we know and try to buy things in bulk to save a little money. There’s always something to do, whether it’s weeding, checking for pests, or getting things ready for the market. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We don’t have a website or a big staff. It’s just the same people you see at the local market every week. We try to be fair with each other and make sure no one gets left behind when the season is bad. Our address is easy to find if you are in the Ghatshendra area. Just look for where the farmers gather. We are just trying to make a living and keep our farms going for another year. It’s honest work, and we don’t pretend to be anything other than what we are. There is no magic to it, just keeping the land moving and the crops growing.
