We are based out of Athegoan, and if you are looking for us, we are at House No 149. This is where Bhojane & Sons Crop Agrotech Farmerproducer Company Limited gets its work done. It is the house of Laxman Deorao Waluje, and it’s a pretty simple setup. Aurangabad can get real hot, so we usually try to do the heavy thinking in the mornings before the sun starts beating down on the roof. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or fancy chairs. Most of the time, we are just sitting around the table talking about the crops and what the season might bring. The sons are involved, and we all just pitch in where we can. It’s a local thing, and the people in the 431001 area know us well enough. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or checking on the equipment in Kannad. There is always some dust on the porch and some papers that need signing, but we don't let it get to us. We aren't here to give big speeches or act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a family and some neighbors trying to make a living from the land and help others do the same. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. Sometimes we just sit and have tea and talk about the rain. That’s how we do things here.
