Bhcrop Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Vita in the Vaijapur area of Aurangabad. We are at Home Number 22, which belongs to Dagadu Jagan Bhojane. It’s a quiet street for the most part. Even though the name has "Agritech" in it, don't think we are some high-tech lab. We are still just farmers and locals at heart. We use whatever tools we can to make the farming better, but we are still working with the same land our fathers did. The office at Vita is where we get together to plan things out. Aurangabad has its challenges, especially with the water sometimes, but we make do. We aren't polished business people. We are more comfortable in the fields than behind a desk. Most of our meetings involve a lot of loud talking and hand gestures. It’s just how we are. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR team. We rely on the people around us knowing who we are and what we do. The work is steady but hard. Every season brings something different. We just try to keep up with the changes and make sure the producers are getting a fair shake. It’s a basic life, but it’s ours. We stay busy with the seeds, the crops, and the paperwork that never seems to end. We just keep moving forward.
