Out in Panvi Khurd, near the town of Vaijapur, life follows the seasons. Bavche Patil Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Gate No 88. It is a local operation that carries the family name from here in the Aurangabad district. We don’t have any fancy departments or people in suits. It’s just us, working on the farms and helping our neighbors manage their produce. The road into our village is a bit rough and bumpy, but we are used to it. We deal with whatever the weather decides to do. Some years are dry and difficult, and we’ve seen our share of those through the decades. Inside the small office, you will find some old ledgers and a lot of dust. We try to keep our things in order, but when the harvest starts, everything becomes a bit of a mess. That is just how agricultural life goes. People from the village often stop by to talk about the crop prices or just to borrow some supplies. We are just another part of the community here. The Vaijapur area is a good place for farming if you are willing to put in the work, and we have been doing this for a long time. We just made it a company so we could handle the business side more easily. There is no secret to it; it is just hard work and staying close to home. We don't have big plans, just to keep going.
