Bal Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company, Bal Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited, is run through Sandip Prabhakar Sarowar. We are located at Gut Number 92 in Garaj, which is part of the Vaijapur tehsil. It’s a very rural spot, surrounded by fields and open space, which is exactly where an agro company ought to be. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters. Instead, we use the space we have at the gut number to organize everything. Sandip is usually around if you need to talk about anything related to the local farming business. We deal with a lot of different crops depending on what time of year it is. The work is hard and sometimes the hours are long, especially during the planting or harvest times. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning, but we have enough room to get the paperwork done and meet with the other farmers from around Garaj. People in Vaijapur know that we are just regular folks trying to make a living and help the community grow a bit better. Sometimes we have to drive quite a bit to get supplies or meet people, but we are used to that. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure everyone is treated fairly. It’s a practical way of living and working that seems to suit us just fine out here in the village.
