Apali Manasa Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Gangapur in the Aurangabad district. We work from Kalyan Mhaske’s place. The name "Apali Manasa" means something to us, but we aren't here to give you a whole speech about it. We are just a group of farmers who decided to team up. Gangapur is a decent place to be if you are involved in agriculture. We don't have a big staff or a fancy headquarters. It is mostly just Kalyan and a few of us making sure things don't fall apart. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that comes with being a producer company. Sometimes the paperwork is a real headache, and we spend hours just trying to get the forms right. It is a very local operation. We don't spend money on fancy things because every bit of cash is needed for the actual farming work. People stop by all the time to ask questions or just to see how things are going. It’s a bit informal, but that is how we like it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big offices. We just want to do our jobs and help the local farmers get their stuff to market. It is a lot of long hours, but we're used to it. The environment is friendly, and we usually have a pot of tea going for whoever walks through the door.
