Our little group is based out of Loni Khurd, right at Gut No. 243. Arjun Santaram Jadhav is the one who looks after things here in Vaijapur. Aurangabad is a good place for farming, but it has been getting harder to make a decent living just by selling to the local mandi. That is why we started Anuraditya Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited. The name sounds a bit long, but we are just local folks. We spend a lot of time talking about new ways to grow things, maybe using a bit more technology where it makes sense, though mostly we just stick to what we know works for this soil. It’s not a polished business operation. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy, and we have to sit for hours to get one thing done at the government office. But being together as a producer company helps us get a better deal on things like seeds or equipment. We aren't trying to be the biggest in Maharashtra. We just want to make sure the farmers in our small circle get a fair shake. The office is simple, just a place to meet and talk. It feels more like a community meeting than a business half the time. We are just working hard, day in and day out, hoping for a good harvest and a bit of stability.
