Adkeshwar Agro Producer Company Limited

We are located in Sangaon, which is a small village in the Keij area of Beed district. Our office is actually just a part of Ramesh Baburao Deshmukh’s place. Most people in Adas know where to find us. We started this producer company because a few of us local farmers wanted to work together instead of doing everything alone. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our time talking about crops and seeds. There isn't anything fancy about our office; it’s just a place where we keep our papers and meet up. Being in Beed, the weather is often a big topic for us. We deal with whatever the local farmers are growing in their fields. Sometimes it is cotton, other times it might be grains. We don’t have a big staff or a marketing team. It is just us doing the daily work. We handle the collections and try to figure out the best way to move the produce. People from the village just walk in when they need something. We aren't looking to become some huge corporation. We just want to keep things running for the folks around here. It’s hard work, and some days are better than others, but that is how farming life goes. We stay busy with the seasonal stuff and try to make sure everything is handled right for the local growers. Most of the time, you can find us either at the office or out near the fields checking the progress of the current crop.
