We started Adityakisan Farmers Producer Company Limited to help out with the farming business here in Vaijapur. Our place is located on Nagamathan Road in Jategaon. It's at Survey Number 197. If you know the area, it is easy to spot. We aren't some big city firm. We are just a group of farmers who decided to organize things a bit better. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and chairs where we sit and figure out the logistics. Dealing with crops and markets is tough work, so we try to stick together. Most of the time, we are out on the road or checking the fields around Jategaon. We don't have a polished way of speaking or a fancy brand. We just go by our name. People come by the Nagamathan Road office when they have questions about their produce. We try to give them a straight answer. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate. But we keep going because that’s what we know how to do. Being a producer company means we have to handle a lot of different tasks at once. We don't use any corporate jargon here.
