Adirutuagritech Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Waghala village, which is part of Vaijapur in the Aurangabad district. Our office is at Sahebrao Sonawane’s place, specifically at G.No.137. This is a real rural spot where farming is everything. We started this company because we wanted to have a better way for the local farmers to manage their produce and buy what they need for their fields. Most of our days are spent dealing with the reality of the weather and the soil. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned offices; we are out in the dust and the heat. When we do meet at the office, it’s usually to go over the books or talk about the latest government rules for farmer groups. It is a lot of local talk and trying to solve problems as they come up. We don't have any fancy mission statements; we just want to make sure the work we do in Waghala pays off for the families here. Sometimes it is a struggle to get everything organized, but we keep at it because it is our livelihood. Everyone here knows Sahebrao’s place, and it has become a bit of a hub for the farmers in our circle. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, hoping the harvest is good and the prices stay fair. It is just the way things go for us out here in Vaijapur.
