We are located at Plot No. 2309/2310/2311 in the GIDC Industrial Estate in Panoli. Since we have three plots, we have a fair amount of space for our pharma operations. It's a lot of ground to cover every day. We have different sections for the different stages of making the products. Some areas are very quiet and others have the sound of pumps running all the time. Panoli is a big industrial zone, and we have been a part of it for a while now. We have a lot of storage for the raw materials and the finished goods. Our workers are mostly local guys who have been trained on the job. We don't have a lot of management layers. We just have the production team and a couple of people in the office to handle the government forms and the billing. It’s a lot of work to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes a pipe leaks or a sensor goes bad and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. We don't really use any marketing speak here. We just focus on the batches we are supposed to finish each week. It’s a steady job and we try to keep things organized as much as possible. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad, but we make it work. We just do the job and go home.
